LnT is worst Mutual fund, worst customer care

I am new investor to LnT mutual fund. I opened account via Online after verfiying their website terms. Since I am a kyc complient it didnt took much time to open account. After opening account and setting password. I invested money in emergung business fund.


Next day my investment reflected in my account and I received first account statement. For my surprise its mentioned that I am not KYC complient in statement. I droped mail to LnT customer care stating to currect KYC flag. Next day changed my KYC information as KYC complient and sent currect Statement.


Now the tragedy started when I tried to withdraw money back from scheme. Erroe message dispalyed said that withdraw facility disabled to my accunt. I uploaded cheque leaves scanned copy to the site as sugested by them then droped mail to customer care to update my account. Afyer 2 days also I they didnt update my account. I droped series of emails, and even raised many queries via online webpage. None was answered by LnT team.


I have invested in reliance, SBI, DSPBlackRock mutual funds all were very easy to invest and take money back. Only LnT is like invest your money but dont ask back. They dont even reply to the emails where our valued money is stuck with them. After 1 week of raising ticket some guy replied saying we registered your query and update soon. Its already 3 days after getting this reply I am nit able to withdraw my money after giving priper bank details too. I dont recommond LnT mutual funds to anyone. Please avoid LnT.
