I had been to Labelle Marredpally for Hair consultation after receiving a call from their agent and we were on call for 15-20mins. I was pretty much impressed and decided to go there as their offer was impressive and professional. Their agent created lot of hype about their treatment technology for hair and They followed me up well. The Landmark was quiet complicated and It wasn’t that easy to reach there I got irritated and had long face had second thoughts of going back to home but somehow reached there and coming to the infrastructure and hospitality it was quiet small and hospitality was good enough to impress their clients. They asked my whereabouts and verified my contact and person who called me, later I was made to wait for 10 minutes before arranging the consult. The Staff was looking professional good enough to fool their customers and they were mostly giving laconic answers. Finally I was arranged a consult and the doctor also wearing same dress as of receptionist it was quiet hard for me to convince my self that she is doctor.
Points she asked me before talking about the procedure:
1) Your name?
2) Your profession?
3) Who will take financial decision?
4) Your interview over?
5) Your diagnosis is over. I can make out by seeing you no diagnosis needed. you may leave now!
Points from my side:
1) Mam Please explain me I am science graduate and I can understand all the procedures
2) Atleast do the diagnosis or suggest me some non drug procedures, care and precautions
3)Financial I can talk and convince with my parents or finance options I am ok with

Points that were spoken in the phone:
1) Free counselling
2) Free diagnosis if u want the diagnosis results you must pay 350Rs. sounded fair enough
3) Promised me guarantee diagnosis and proper solution for it
4) I am pretty disappointed
Overall Conclusion: Don’t waste your time on the cunning and atrocious people and Don’t believe in their technology stuff ask for medical qualification and test their proficiency of knowledge on their work. Don’t fall prey to these ads.
