Hello friends my name is Anmol molwa and today I am going to share with you my personal interview experience with lady bazar.com before one year there was the marriage of my sister is her name was Aayushi so to give her I had ordered two sarees from ladybazaar.com I came to know about this side with the help of my aunty whose name is Ranu she told me that this ladybazar.com is a great online store for ladies so I ordered sarees from online store on 2nd of January the delivery date was 5th of January but on that date I did not receive my product therefore I called your customer service is very pathetic and I don't know how to end a customer they are asking me so many question after all answering finally they told me that your order has been shifted to 7th of January when I asked them they replied me that the stock was not available now so I waited for 7th of january but on that day when I got the product I was totally shocked because it was not get study which I had ordered a nice only one pair I have added to study but I got only one saree then again I call their customer service replied me that some mistakes had been done by them but you have to pay extra hundred rupees for shipment charges and for returning the product and it will take up to 10 days but my sister's marriage was on 10th of January and it was very late for me to give a gift therefore I cancel all my order but did used 500 rupees for that one saree and one study I had taken and I will give to my sister but the quality of date saree was also an average not a good after all this incident I came to know that they are the worst service provider online store not even a proper customer service is not proper product stock not proper delivery timing totally disgusting services services worst services anything we can call to their services I was very angry towards their services.
I will never suggest t to anyone to purchase anything from ladybazar.com because it is very high cost and they provide very low quality product not even full product which I have ordered not a proper customer service never never never ever I will be come and anyone polity ada.com live suggest you that at the same cost you can purchase Gold Star is good product quality from another online store so go for that but I will never recommend you to purchase anything from ladybazar.com
