Its a different kind of story. Lage raho Munnabhai gives suggestions and advice in the name of Gandhiji very subtly. And if the majority of the people really follow Gandhigiri then the world will be a much better place to live in . Telling the truth always, avoiding violence and maar peeth, offering the other cheek when slapped are all well known suggestions of Gandhiji and we should follow them .LRMB is emotional and just when the tears are about to drop Raju Hirani comes up with such dialogues that the tears change into smiles and the world looks rosy again. Just like Munnabhai MBBS, this film also is fast paced, using Bombaiyya language and making us emotional and the film enjoyable.
The film is much better than the first one, though comparisons are not justifiable. That was a different kind of a tale and this is a different one. There it was a spoof on doctors, here it is on Gandhi, but not derogatory or anything like that. Some of the things, like the jadoo ki jappi in Munnabhai and offfering the other cheek in this, there are certain truths and homiies that one need to follow.
I have purposely left out telling the story since so many have already told it in their own ways. I wish to add only one thing, that all the actors (except Gracy who has been replaced by Vidya Blan) are same with different characters. Boman as the Sardarji is good. All of them act well. Vidya Balan looks great but Gracy would certainly have done more justice to the role.
