I don’t remember laughing so hard while watching a Bollywood movie in a long time. The audience went nuts and cheered in almost every scene1
Right from the start you can easily tell this will be a wonderful film. I felt that in the first MB, the situations and the actions Munna and Circuit have gotten thenselves into were much funnier then the second. Yet in Lage Raho..., the dialogues were just brilliant, better then the first. I mean, the dialogues are simply classic like AAA. I do love both MBBS and Lage Raho equally. Both are bloody fantastic movies.
Besides the comedy, some scenes really made me teary-eyed, for instance when Sanjay is helping Jimmy and how Munna talks about his father’s sudden death -- I wonder how Sanju reallly feltabout that when he did that scene. Also, the classic scene when Munna apologizes to Circuit by the seashore.. It was just so sweet. Last but not least is the press conference scene when Munna was so upset with the fact that he is going mad and Cicuit lied to him throughout.. I gotta say Sanju was just unbelievable in all of those scenes mentioned above. He just rocks!!
Whenever Munna and Circuit are together, they really know how to make people smile. I believe the are one of the best bollywood on-screen jodi ever. Their firendship is so real and so adorable. Man, I loved the video of Lage Raho and Samjho Ho Hi Gaya. Their Facial expressions and everything else were classic!
Munna and Ghandhiji rocked as well.
Arshad was good. I think the whole 2nd innings bit is great, I love all those old people. They were so cute adn not OTT at all.
I much prefer Boman’s Dr. Asthana than Lucky Sing. I felt as if Boman didn’t have much of a stronger role in Lage Raho. But he was still great nevertheless.
I have to say that I enjoyed every single scene in this movie. So its difficult for me to choose which is my most favorite out of all of them.
Hats off the team of Lage Raho!!
