It is a good liner.it jet black and it is not too matte as well as glossy it is as a eyeliner should be so this was the first liner with which I started making winked liner look.its consistency is good and dosen’t take a lot of time to dry give it 3-4 minutes and stays for 4-5 hrs and it is dry the brush is also good as I said this was the first liner with which I started making winked liner look so it is easy to apply.it is easy to work with its brush and you can give whatever look you want u can make the thinest line also and the thickest also it is a good liner for the ones using liquid liners for the first time.
