Being the closest Lakme salon to where I stay, I’ve often ended up reluctantly at this parlour for little n urgent touch ups. Unlike its sophisticated Bandra counterpart, this one is downright shady. It starts with the reception, where negligent twenty something roll their eyes and speak in a broken language.
The first time I tried it was actually for a haircut and was definitely the last as my hair was pulled brutally over the brush while drying- Ouch! The staff if either not well trained or just pure careless!
I’ve stayed away for a year after that only to go for urgent threading recently. The simple job was made so painful that my face has lines threading all over it, thanks to the careless staff member! She aimed for more than she was asked to!
Quality if definitely not the motto here ! Its definitely not worth the extra money , if its just another "Ladies’ Parour".
