I was in need of a scrub, not that I was out of
them but I wanted a different one. I have used
up quite a lot of my earlier scrub and wanted to
pick the Lakme Clear Pores scrub, mainly
because it boasts of Green Tea Extracts. Green
Tea is loaded with antioxidants that help in cell
renewal process and it also has antibacterial
properties which help fight acne. So I was hell
bent upon purchasing this product. Although, I
am really not a fan of Lakme skincare range. I
vouch only for Lakme Cosmetics but still wanted
to give this a try. Was I disappointed? Let’s find
out… I have been using this scrub for 1 month now
( twice every week) and here is what I think.
First, it has a strong sweet fragrance which I
like. Those with sensitive nose might not like the
strong smell. It is pale white and gel like in
texture. It has extremely fine granules( like fine
salt) and that is something I love as it’s not
harsh. So I can use more scrub if I want a
stronger exfoliation. So the scrub granules do
not irritate my skin and also exfoliate the skin.
My skin feels fresh, clean and nicely exfoliated
after using this scrub.
