May be it is in the budget line to buy but still it doesn’t work properly than a regular kajal stick. Whenever I apply it it seems good for one hour or two hours but then it keeps smudging anyways and after five six hours all the dark circles are forming under the eye and even when we wash the face it keeps smudging and takes forever to go
