Lakme is known for its brand. But for this eyeliner I would say a nooo.not so costly so compromised in quality.first thing.it doest dry fast and gets messed up.if by mistake it enters your eyes even a little, your eyes starts itching and irritation that your eyes becomes red and you’ll have to wash it immidiately. it does’nt give a shiny look.its more of matt. If you are using for making wings.it will vanish within a hour. And its not waterproof.once it starts sweating.the liner starts smudging.doesn’t stay for long.within 3-4 hours, its gone.it doesn’t give you that finishing look or that sharp and dark eyes.the color is little fadded one which I didn’t like.
