Hiiii friends I would like to share with you my own experience I’m using Lakme Eye liner last three years. I’m very fond of eyes make up its really nice one for smoky and bold eyes. This is a water resistant. This is not a plane water wash so if you need a wash your face without removing eye makeup this is really nice one. AND OWESOM LINER.This liner speciality is its own budget.
