It is lightweight, deep intense, water-resistant black outliner gives you comfortable eye make-up all day long, Water resistant and Deep Intense Colour.
There has not been much change in the packaging. The eyeliner comes in a little thick glass bottle with a sleek coloured screw cap that has the thin applicator brush attached to it. The bottle is sturdy enough to survive one or two falls and its travel friendly. The applicator brush is thin, medium-sized and precise enough to draw thin lines over the lash line. In fact, among all the brush liners I have used till date I can easily conclude that Lakme does its best for the applicator brush.
The eyeliner is jet black in color with the right consistency – which is neither too thin nor thick. The pigmentation is surprisingly well and once you have drawn a line you do not need to go back and darken it at all. The liner dries off to give a matte black finish over the lid. So if you prefer shiny finish, you would be highly disappointed. I wouldnt call it a con as people have preferences of their own. Moreover, the dryness isnt major to make your skin flaky and therefore it fares well. I havent noticed any kind of flakiness or chipping once the liner dries. Even though the liner claims to be water-resistant, it can easily be washed off with water. When I ran my swatched hand over the tap water it thoroughly washed off the color. As a result, water can completely ruin it. On the other hand, removing the liner is a cakewalk and comes off with water or any makeup remover with a single swipe. The staying power is around 4 to 5 hours without any splash of water or heavy rubbing of the eyes. Overall, this is a decent regular eyeliner that comes with a pocket-friendly price.
