I would like to make aware people using Lakme sunscreen lotion.
As my personal experience was beyond my imagination. I always thought that Lakme products are very good without any side effects. But I was wrong I had never used any sunscreen before. As we wear going for outdoor picnic my friends suggested me to apply sunscreen lotion to protect my skin. And I thought of buying lakme’s sunscreen lotion from medical store ( after checking exp. Date)
As soon as I applied it my face and hands turned red and started itching, and slowly my face started swelling, everybody got scared and they gave me water to wash my face, but I forgot to wash my hands because I was more worried about my face. Since we were in Esselworld it was not possible for me to go to the doctor. In the evening my friend advised me to go to the skin specialist in Juhu. As we went there I told my problem to her, till that my face was swollen up badly and rashes on my hand. She gave me some ointments to apply and some tablets for the swelling and she told me not apply any cosmetics on my face.
The swelling had gone but rashes were still there and slowly my skin started coming off and there were red and white patches on my hand, I suffered this for almost two months. Applying ointments on my face and hands after every three hours but I still have white patches on my hand. Now the condition of mine is I cannot apply any cosmetics nor use any soap except Johnson products.
So I suggest people who try all this should be very careful, and before applying any thing check it on a small part of your hand if you feel comfortable than go ahead.
