Surprises me that most good movies tend to perform poorly in the box office. Add to that the great review writers of the various big newspapers...
Well, for my money, this movie is worth a watch. It’s pretty slick. Not much words wasted on showing emotions.
I guess the first half is a bit slow but the movie picks up great momentum in the second half. Good war scenes- very well shot. And here comes the pick of all- The rock climbing scenes. Trust me, it’s as good as it get’s. Can keep you awestruck with the picturisation.
Effectively, by the time the movie ends I was at absolute awe. It is pretty well directed. Actors have done their part well. Though Preity doesnt have a very big role, she looks gorgeous in her new look. Hrithik too is great.
Just another thing... most of the character actors too have gr8 roles. So, it isnt like hrithik or someone else hogs the limelight. Hrithik is just one of the players in the army ( I mean the movie too) and isnt portrayed as sm big shot. I guess a good change.
Song’s are ok... would rather say a bit disappointed on that front. To sum it up... my suggestion would be- u gotta watch it once only..
