I wish to give ZERO star to Landmark Honda
I booked the car on 3rd June , but because of personal issues had to cancel my booking on 4th June. . Still waiting for my advance payment to be refunded which was 21, 000
Its strange that they force you to pay booking amount on the spot but when the amount is supposed to be refunded they take more than 10 days to process the same. And make you wait for weeks
Just keep giving assurance that payment will be processed and nothing happens for 2 weeks

Posting the same on linkedin to fasten the process. . Strange that in todays world we have to wait our own money to be refunded for so many days. Totally understand the pressure on the sales team but you do not have the right to play with peoples money
