On our last trip to Las Vegas we stayed at the Venetian Hotel. We walked over a replica of a large Venetian canal, (later we took a gondola ride). The hotel security guards wear Venetian police uniforms.
This is an all suite hotel. All the suites have Electronic door locks, are air conditioned, have a coffee maker, an iron & ironing board.
There were two chairs and three seat sofa. All the wood was cherrywood. There were two walk in closets and inside one was a safe. There were three telephones, four TVs and a modem line that had a FAX, copier and printer. There was a separate dinning room that had a table, four chairs, a bar and four high bar stools.
We had a king sized bed that had a draped canape.
We had a powder room, a make-up room, a tub that had massage jets, a large shower that had duel shower heads and a toilet and large table that had two sinks in it. We paid $219.00 USD per night for our suite.
The Tao Nightclub, a canal ride, the V Bar, La Scena, a comedy club, Madam Tussauds, Guggenheim Hermitage, Robert Mapplethorpe & the Classical Tradition, (the study of the body forms in dance), the Blue Man Group, and the musical The Phantom of the Opera.
