Seriously people, If you’re considering buying anything from them, Dont! I speak from experience and can say that all their refund and return policies are the worst! I ordered an OTG cable and hardcase for ASUS Zenphone 5 from them and they shipped the wrong item!
When I contact them, i.e their customer service is an online ticketing tool which allows you to open just one ticket at a time, they tell me they’l arrange a return pickup which doesnt happen.How will you get a re-fund unless you get a reply from them! I am planning to move legally with this!
I know that anything I say will be from my perspective but let me tell you that I’ve been doing my purchases via online bazaars for 4 years and this is a first experience. My Verdict -Choose Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal hell even Ask me bazaar but NOT Latestone.com
