My First Shopping experience with LetestOne.com was very worst and I have got very bad quality of product from them.
CUSTOMER SERVICE- I was purchased a watch from LetestOne.com a 1 month ago and was got a defective Watch so I quickly call their customer support team but I don’t got a supportive and helpful response from them. I was called them for returned that watch but they have asked me very useless questions which are not related to my order.
PRODUCT QUALITY- the product quality is very worst of LetestOne.com and I am not satisafied with their product quality the are just Randomly send products to their customers without checking product properly.
DELIVERY TIMELINESS- Delivery time of LetestOne comapany is quite good and are deliver the product to the customer within early days before delivery deadline date.
APPS ans WEBSITE- Website of LetestOne is slightly working slightly Slow and there are no App of LetestOne is available for mobile or computer devices.
RELIABILTY-
LetestOne.com is taken my so much to get return my defective order and as my experiance they are not reliable for online shopping I will definitely not shop with LetestOne.com again.
