I am really pissed with your service. Always thought you guys had it in you to ensure that your customers don’t go away. I’ve complained 3 times about AC not functioning and after spending 50 K on service, the problem is still unattended. The **Lathangi Ford Bengaluru** team has taken our car on Tuesday to fix this issue again and they haven’t returned it yet. Every day we call them and all we get is an answer that the car would be delivered tomorrow.
Today again they say that they will give our car before end of day tomorrow. Last time I gave my car with half tank and they gave my car back almost empty. Now I gave it with almost full tank. Considering the time they are taking, I don’t have any hope. This is the worst experience I ever had. I was considering a second car and was considering EcoSport but if this is how you treat your customers, I think I will take my business elsewhere. I am sure I am never going to recommend you to any of my friends and as for me, I will sell off my car the moment I can get my hands on it.
