Dear Lava Company,
Hope so you have earned millions so now you dont care for consumer experience on service centres as you goons, Idiots, arrogant and RUDE people are employed in your service centers as seems all are hooligans and black listed theifs are sitting out in your Service centre of Vasai west.
As my mother went there to replace the screen of her lava iris 350m though a old phone as compared to now but we were going to pay the same what ever the ACTUAL PRINTED COST WAS. But seems the guy over there Ashutosh seemed to earn more money either for HIMSELF or company he over priced for screen.
The actual cost in normal Mobile shop for the orginal product was RS. 600/-, but Aushotsh charged Rs. 900/- when asked why so difference he said LENA HAI TOH LO yaa chalejao, despite the conversation was done with him and he was busy in something else, the question is why did he jumped in conversation? and the rude behavior of him was pathetic.
We never asked for free, bloody hell we were going to pay for it, unlike you people or him who beg money by over pricing a product. is this a garage run company or CORPORATE.
Add on to this and cherry on cake is the call center people I had a choice of English and wonder what a guy called Salim spoke to me by saying WHAT Problem occur.. Sorry sir complaint sir busy you say me WHAT Problem occur.. Are these the guys tapori guys of Mumbai or a collage drop out due to misuse of freedom.
Seriously man why the hell do you spend so much on marketing and gaining new customers if you hardly care for the business.
