Within weeks after buying this phone, the touch screen lost its sensitivity and I have to tap hard on it to get any response.
There are no firmware updates on their website, unlike reputed cell phone manufacturers.The phone often hangs and I have to remove the battery to restart it.
This is the 2nd and last LAVA product I have bought, All their products promise extravagant specs for the price, but fail to deliver due to poor quality.Buy LAVA products only if you are prepared to discard them within months.
