This phone is worst just because that it does not have good touch feature and also we not fell that it has ram sound is worst and we will not receive calls properly where as user friendly is very less when compared to other mobile because it has multiple options but it is good for nothing , one hopeless and scam about this mobile is that, in feature the have typed that it can be expandable up-to thirty two gigabyte( gb) memory card, but even if we insert a sixteen gigabyte( gb) it is just hang , it will work but If the memory is higher than eight gigabyte( gb) it will not show the sdcard option at all. It is a useless one probably it may be less but it should have honesty.
