I purchased it for my sister a few months back. This phone is throwing up issues one after the other.
Its battery is draining too fast. After 100% charge when I remove it from the changing slot, it goes to 95% instantly and within half an hour the battery drains to 10% . To get it full charged it takes almost 3 hours. And if I restart my phone when the charge is 70%, it shows 10% after the phone has restarted.
The camera was working fine for some time but now the flash doesn’t work and to capture a pic it takes more than 3 seconds.
The same contacts numbers are saved 10-15 times due to which it takes up a lot of space. And sometimes it deletes some of my contact without my consent and the deleted contact comes back automatically after an hour or so.
Both The Sim cards shows no network coverage at the same time. This causes a lot of inconvenience when I have to make an urgent call.
Even though I explained all the problems at Lava customer care, they updated the software and the problem still persists. This phone is literally a water of money.
