I would like to share my bad experience with LAVA Mobile and their support center.This is selva from chennai and bought "Lava Iris X5" thjrough eBay on 27 Nov 2014.I trusted the LAVA brand and on their product at the time of purchase with minded of good specifications.
Then I started using it and problem also started one-by-one.First sound was not audible while talking and hearing music as well then I adjusted with that minor problems and continued to using it.But finally the major problem has came that touch pad is not working on some of the portion in the display.so I took my mobile and went to service center(SPS Electronics, Velachery, chennai- authourized service center) and they told me that need to change touch pad and cost will come around Rs.4000 and they said thatit will not come under warranty.I got double surprise after heard that price and not covered in warranty as well.Finally I contacted customer care and explained my problem but they also not helping me.
I feel very bad that wasted my money of purchasing poor quality mobile without knowing worst brand as LAVA since it is not even coming for 4 months and lost my hope on LAVA and their products and very much frustrated about LAVA.so please dont go blindly and buy LAVA products because they are selling worst quality mobiles in the market.you can buy some other good quality mobile in the market and it will come for long life without any issues not like LAVA.
LAVA is an toy manufacturing company since mobile also like toy’s style(low quality material).Be Aware of it!. Don’t go for LAVA products forever.
