I purchased the LAVA Iris X8 phone 8 months ago, now the phone completely dead and I really disappointed with this model. Even now part of the touch screen also not working, also its not getting charging too and gets hanged easily.

I also formated my phone then also im facing the same problem.my screen now showing coloured lines and I can’t type anything .right now I want OTG support.My mobile showing OTG support.but not connected really I am very unhappy. I have used the phone very carefully and I think that it is useless to buy a LAVA brand.
