I bought a Lava Iris X9 set from Baba Telecom, City Centre, Durgapur, W.B. on 21/06/2015(Bill No. CC/2283, Vat No. 19803093). On 20/08/2015 to repair the speaker it had been given to the “Lava Authorized Service Centre”, Benachity, Durgapur, W.B. When I received it back after repair on 22/08/2015 I found a black spot on the display. “Lava Authorized Service Centre” assured me that it would not be a problem and if at all there was any problem it would be resolved. But on 22/09/2015 the display completely black out.


When I went to the “Lava Authorized Service Centre” this time they refused to accept for free repair and asked for Rs. 4500/- to change the Display.


There is no fault from my end and they are admitting that the original spot was there after their servicing. So it is completely unethical to charge me for their fault in warranty period.


I hope you will consider this case and take necessary action so that I can use my dream mobile as early as possible.
