I was purchase Lava Mobile KKT 27s 3 month before. It has so much hang problem. I am very disappointed to use this handset. Most of time, when any call received, it should be automatically switched off. I have complaint so many times but there are no any positive response from company service center. I am very fedup and write to mail company help line mail id. It revert to me that my problem will short with in 24 hrs. but date my problem is not solved. finaly I purchase new handset of Samsung. Now I am satisfied with that phone.
My experience of Lava is very bad.
