Lava p7 has 1.2 GHz processor 1 GB RAM 8 GB internal memory I was purchased lava p7 because it was very affordable in price. phone’s performance was good but the screens clerity is not good enough.
After few days use it Start hanging and lagging I call their customers service but they said submit it in their service center. I was submitted it.
They said problem will be solved within 2 day but I didn’t get my phone after 4 days. Their staff is very lazy and dull. They don’t care about customers problems. Finally I get my phone after 5 days.
But after one day use I realise that problem is not solved yet. I’m feeling very disappointed I don’t want submit it again to their service center. I don’t recommended this phone to anyone. Don’t waste your time and money. They don’t have good service support.
