I was on lookout for a good formal shoes for the office. In the month of July 2004, I had purchased a Lee Cooper shoes from Shoe Palace in Laxmi road Pune for Rs.1585/-.
Within One year the shoes has its sole fully cracked and top rubber off. as per the representative its due to some chemicals. (This was unacceptable answer as I work in a software company with Granite and Mosaic Flooring, Secondly only one sole cracked the other is fine). The Guys from shoe palace said that sole changing will take Rs.600/-. With the worst service of these people of Shoe Palace, I cannot take a chance of getting their service. The outlet is also not having ranges. I would prefer a reebok, Nike or our own Indian Bata for that purpose.
I would recommend that please take any make other than Lee Cooper Shoes.
Do not go to Shoe Palace for their service to the csutomers.
