The phone, no doubt, is one of the best smartphones in its price segment.but fails to perform good in other side of its coin.I bought it almost half a year ago and has not recieved a single software update since then.Everything was ok in first couple of months except a feature know as dual apps.It only showed one app, wechat, which I did not even installed on my device.I contacted customer care but they gave me unsatisfactory answer stating that it was a bug which will be removed onlin only after a software update. Well ok. Soon after my real time internet speed go dissapeared.I contacted them but they said that they don’t have any solution and yo told me to do a factory reset. I did the same and my problem was solved.partially.soon after I got the same bug again but I can not afford to factory reset it everytime. Now my network occasionally goes.It becomes very irritating when I need to do an urgent call to somebody and there is no network. The after sales service is worst. The ram management is even more worse. Sometimes I get 600 m left with no apps running in background
