Hello All,
I recently bought LeEco 2 and LeEco Max online from lemall .
Phone’s specification is good but performance is really bad .
When I received this product invoice was not there with the Package, which is illegal.
After 2 months, My LeEco speaker stopped working and LeEco Max is dead(does not start) .
When I took it to Service center along with box IMEI number and prrof that I have bought
it from Lemall.in website they refused to repair it .
They asked me come along with the bill .
Since last 2 months I am following up with Le Support team but I have not received invoice it.
Since last two months they say we are working on it .
I have decided to lodge Police at consumer court .
Please don’t get into this trap and don’t buy this product . Thanks,
