I am shivu from Ballary, so iam telling hp laptop this lap is i5 processor, 4gb ram this operating system ( os) is hanged so one time this laptop is operating slowly, and the internet is not connected, hotspot also not connct., the lap will be totatally its bad system and so please dont ourchase of hp laptop and shareit app also is installed but not working this laptop is my friend is used iam also this laptop is used and not connect the pendrive.if this laptop is used time waste, cost waste, system is very slow please one second don’t purchase this laptop
