Yes it is a budget phone. It is available for around 5000 rupees. As a second device my brother bought this phone without telling me. After few months usage I saw him charging thrice a day.
Battery issue confirmed.
At some instance I saw him working on computer by connecting his phone to it. He was trying to backup his datas after re-setting it.
Hanging issue confirmed.
After some days, he was using my phone to take his phone’s pictures. Yeah you guessed right. To post it in Olx.in

When I used it, I couldn’t find the phone’s volume rockers. It was broken.
