I bought Lenovo A 6000 plus online on 27th March 2016 from Flipkart. We can return/exchange goods purchased on Flipkart within a period of 30 days.
I Cannot use the Zoom feature for my downloaded pictures, which is a basic feature in every phone. I need this feature for the purpose of my studies.
Even the basic phones have this feature and Lenovo A 6000 plus is a smart phone.
When inquired on Flipkart, they say that "the phone is like that only" and we have to use it as it is!
Please guide me, I want my money back.
