I have purchased this product(Lenovo A6000 Plus) 4 months back and while getting its final update, the software was get crashed. I took the phone to the nearest Lenovo service centre for restoration of the software. The concerned service centre took 1 month to download the software and in that period I have visited them 6 to 7 times. But this is not the end, in my recent visit i.e. on 13-11-2015 to the said service centre, they informed me that they have download the software and they also tried to install it to my phone but due to ROM problem they could not do so. The service centre making foolish excuses for not fixing my phone, sometimes they told me that their modem is out of order, sometimes their service engineer not present and now they got ROM PROBLEM etc. etc.
Now my question is that, Is this the service we want from a brand like LENOVO? If this type of worst service continues, Im afraid to say people will start loosing faith on LENOVO.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
