I have purchased Lenovo A7000 on 29-April-2015 sell on flipkart. I have received the mobile within 24 hrs. Thanks to flipkart for quick delivery. However, there are many issues with mobile like - WiFi keep disconnecting, mobile is not starting up after reset, heating up while charging, unable to copy music file via USB connectivity, overall quality is poor etc. etc. Hence, pls check thoroughly if you purchase this low cost mobile. After 12days, Flipkart is asking me to go to Lenovo service center in Bangalore which is 2 hrs. drive from my home to get certificate that product is fault and then only they will start process for replacement. Flipkart is harassing the customers with Lenovo. Does it make sense for me to go to service center for the defective product delivered by Flipkart? PLS DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART and ANY LENOVO PRODUCT, YOU WILL BE IN BIG TROUBLE IF YOU WILL GET DEFECTIVE ITEM FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Update on 13-May-2015: Pls refer attached photos as a proof of poor WiFi receipt in Lenovo A7000, I have contacted Lenovo service center but they are not agree with this.
