Purchased this phone with a lot of hope and expectation. However there are several negative attributes to this phone, first Battery, which is not giving backup for 7-8 hours when using for surfing for gaming it’s giving backup of upto 4-5 hours. Phone’s inbuilt memory of 8 gb is mostly occupied by some worthless apps, 3rd service centers for this phone are not easily available, one fine dawn touch screen of my phone stopped working without any reason, gave it at Midnapore service center 10 days back till now my issue has not resolved and they are telling they have not yet received the replacement part. 4th, Lenovo’s smart phone helpline number always comes as invalid number. SO no help is available from their end.
