Got a7000, within a month touch stopped working, gave to service center in koramangala bangalore, already 20 days and lying idle there. Initially they promised to repair in 3 days.
The excuse they give is they need at least a month to procure the spare lcd. Horrible service from lenovo. Samsung service is far better, they at least don’t keep the device at service center if they don’t have a spare.
