My laptop came with 4gb ram which I upgraded to 6gb ram when I bought the laptop.it also came with i5 processor 3rd gen 1 tb hard disk space laptop very much reliable anyone who use this laptop like my laptop especially my big sister its much durable. I mostly work on photoshop and sometime on autocad 3d every thing works quite well for mee this laptop is perfect for me cause its has not yet hanged on me othr than that didnt use after market services as not much problem were faced by me
