This laptop is a local lenovo vendo, the vindor is giving me bad product. Plz avoid this product buying .it’s a keyboard is not unfriendly to use a office work . Right shift key short & not work .where is usualy. Perfirmance of laptop is not impresive. I dont like scren it’s a glossy variant tow reflective & poor viewing angel. Not bad but normal quality web cam. Speaker is good quality. This is a not pure reliability or full satisactory product.it’s a laptop battery backup normal¬ good for use.service & support is a bad & very poor,
