From my personal experience, I would say that another big NO for buying Lenovo laptop is their incompetent customer care and stupid service centers. I suffered a lot when I went to one Lenevo certified SC at bangalore(HiTech computers, behind Manipal hospital, Airpirt road, bangalore
I am facing issues like battery not charging, speakers not working properly, Dvd not working etc. and many a times I contacted to dealer as well service center but they always asked to format the laptop
