Worst support in the electronics world

I have a lenovo G50-80 laptop. While product is ok, support is really the worst that I have seen, even after 2 year site AMC


a) Recently, display stopped working. There is not a single scratch on the display(attached the pic), but technical team even without visiting the place rejected warranty, saying there is internal damage.(mind it -> lenovo G50 display issue is most commonly reported issue on Google)


b) Of course, I cannot throw the laptop coz lenovo is cheating(or not), I asked them to replace the part at chargeable basis.


c) Support gave me BS on in lenovo warranty is a different team than repair; since This is not under warranty, you have to contact a different team, qet a quote, schedule a visit etc etc.


Compare this to any other electronics company(LG/Samsung/Hitachi/Sharp); I call them - they send a technician and the person tells me what is covered and what I need to pay. I pay and the work is done.
