I’m using this laptop from 2014. The system is easy to use and each & every thing is understandable. The only problem I got is that the battery was damaged and it used to discharge with in 20 min, though it was charged to 100%. That has been a problem for me. The warranty for the battery is just for one year. It should be changed to 2 years. Then it will be perfect. So, later on I bought the battery for Rs.4000. Now it is alright. They have good customer and service support. They solved my dim display problem very quickly, i.e., with in 1 working day. So overall it is a good laptop and worth for your money.
