I brought this laptop in December 2014, after earlier it had problems with wifi, then one Day I switched on laptop and I found that system cannot find hard disk and I went to service center, they said internal hard disk is crashed and replaced it with a new one but took about 7 days to to it.
Then they said they will charge Rs. 1500 for Windows even if laptop came windows 8 pre-installed and said there is no guarantee or warranty of software, after paying them for Windows I saw that there was difference in earlier windows and the new one, they said you will have to buy recover for Rs. 3000 to make it like it was before.
