Have been using it for one month. Good value for money. Reasonable fast, good display, good sound ( especially through headphone) fast. Fast charging and good battery life. I don’t think you can do ram upgrade yourself ( some laptop have a small compartment to access memory slots which seems doesn’t seem to have) and laptop is light weight.
