Its the wrost laptop ever in the market, when you know the prossesor or the configurations of this laptop you would be amazed, but when you buy it you would buy it you would be thuged by the company. Very bad motherboard hangs all the time , battery which cant you live with and about the company representative the are just amazing you wuold call them they will tell you sir its the issue of the files you had fulled almost 20% of your strorage thats your fault we cant help in that case if I had a choice to not to give any star to this product I would have surely done that
