Lanovo is agood product, ialso have a ideapad 330 , it is awesome, Well the delivery took too long and the outer box was totally teared and open though the inner lenovo box was intact. When I complained about this to the delivery boy he said that this is normal now how can I explain him that this isn't a laptop bag or something that you are just carrying things easily. Inside the box you get a charger, laptop and manual.The charger length is too short but it's light in weight which is good. Gaming performance is really good in this laptop. I tried home front, far cry 4, gta V. The game didn't lag but the installation of gta V almost took more than 12 hours which you can't expect from an i5 8th gen based laptop. The laptop lags sometimes when you just boot it. Sometimes it feels like it doesn't behave like an i5 8th gen based laptop. I was just trying to copy an 8gb file from my cell to this laptop and suddenly it got stuck and a notification popped up 'not responding'and this made me feel like is this an i5 laptop! The processes and the performance should be more quick. Even when you just put it in sleep mode and then turn it on it lags for a second just like the file explorer stucks there and you need to wait till it gets normal. About the cursor pad, when you make a left or a right click on it you really need to press hard and that too just at the bottom.Seems like the cursor pad isn't responsive at a particular moment while making clicks. Talking about the battery it drains really fast. The camera quality is okay. Build quality isn't good. Heating issue is similar to most of the laptops these days. Display is also okay if you can adjust with it. You get a McAfee antivirus for 365 days which is good. Ms office is just for a 30 days trial and for that too you need to register and submit all your details which is a hectic process. Overall it's a good laptop if you are trying to find one for your basic need + gaming.
