This is the worst experience of my life
Lenovo 330s i5 8th Generation -16MB Optane memory, 4BG graphics but within few days laptop starts got hung.
Operating system crashed within month, when I went to store, they asked me to keep it for a day and then they kept the laptop for 5 days.
earlier 1 year free subscription antivirus was installed and after OS crashed, they reinstalled the OS and installed avast which was valid for a month,
and it is showing the error "Your system has performance issue". Also wifi getting disconnected, even I tried connecting internet with USB cable but no luck.
You buy the things to make your life easy but buying this laptop made my life worst, I had to call service center for many times even didn’t get proper response from them.
this is so frustrating, The shop executives are just giving stupid reasons and answers, it seems shop executive sold me the faulty laptop.
