I have been using this laptop for 2 years and its working fine after some upgrade and at first when it was new it came with dos I installed windows 10. As it comes with AMD A8 processor it didnt handle windows 10 quite good it hanged alot if I wanted to open an application it took 10 mins minimum to open the app completely.
Yes there are drawbacks of this laptop as Ram was low ( 4gb) and graphics is also not that great you can play games but at low graphics to work properly.
Windows 10 on this machine is not a good option it took alot of time to boot and also as windows 10 is graphic derived OS definitely not a great laptop for windows 10.
I uninstalled windows 10 and installed windows 8.1 still the same. I usually use this laptop for interior design purpose so I use 3DS Max and trust me the laptop heats up alot if you are using any heavy application.
I upgraded the Ram to 16Gb ( 2x8gb) still the performance is not good. Read and write has improved a little bit. But we cannot upgrade the CPU or the Graphics in this machine.
Mouse sensitivity is good but in my case the trackpad went bad withing 8 months of use and buttons below the trackpad has also became loose. Some keys ( e.g number key 1) in my case is not working and went in. There are some driver issues in this laptop as sometime it automatically take in keys and will not allow to work or do anything on the laptop ( in my case its \ ? + * And k) if you open the notepad you will come to know.
Screen is also not that bright with maximum brightness and you can see some boundaries of the any window opened because of the low graphics. This laptop attracts alot of dust and I have opened it multiple times just to clean it.
Battery performance is not good as it drains very quickly and hence I have to use it with the power cable plugged in. Wireless scanning is not good. My phones hotspot is on and my laptop never recognize it. Bluetooth connection takes a lot of time and sometimes it never detects any bluetooth device even if my phone is near my laptop.
After upgrading Ram and HDD it is working for me but if u want to go for this machine I would say no cuz it has alot of drawbacks.
