Got this laptop on 30-10-2017 on my birthday I was very excited unpacked it connected the charger and after some time switch on the machine but I didn’t work at all. I registered a service request, after 3 days the service man arrived and somehow managed to switch on the laptop.
He suggested me to test it for a couple of days but after one day only it again did not get started, as a result I returned the product which was my birthday gift.
